Please be assured that Helen is a fully qualified teacher of Pre and Post Natal Yoga with plenty of experience in sharing Yoga with women during this special time yoga she has been able to understand exactly what is helpful during a pregnancy Yoga class and gives clear and knowledgeable instruction to maximise each Practice in the preparations for birth and beyond. Each class ends with a deep relaxation practice that assists in the integration of the techniques taught.
