An energizing Practice predominantly in the style of Vinyasa Flow. The word “Vinyasa” translates from Sanskrit as ‘to place in a special way’ or to ‘connect. In this practice we create a link of energy and connection from one posture to the next by synchronizing each asana with the natural rhythm of the breath. This practice uses asana, pranayama, readings and music to cultivate presence as we flow from one posture to the next.

Through this practice you will increase levels of strength balance and flexibility through challenging yoga postures from many various yoga disciplines including Ashtanga , Iyengar , Hatha and Yin Yoga. You will also aim to quieten the mind as we anchor our attention on deep breathing. Each Practice will offer a period of time in a relaxing Savasana to cool the body and allow the Practice to be absorbed

This Practice can be adaptable for ALL levels from complete beginners to a more experienced Yogi.
