‘BLISS TEENS’ A Day to Retreat

Following the huge success of our  ‘BLISS’ A Day to retreat we are delighted to announce invite your Teen to our upcoming event ‘BLISS TEENS’ A Day to Retreat. Designed to support your Teenagers as they manage the demands of their World and examination stress, to start 2019 with the selfcare you need. Our Day retreat is designed to help Teenagers who need the World to stop for a moment, with an emphasis on calming feelings of stress and anxiety.

The day will offer a combination of yoga, meditation, relaxation, nurturing and learn practical techniques for coping with life’s challenges.

  • 90 minute yoga practice (suitable for ALL levels)

‘BLISS’ A Day to Retreat

A week in Sri Lanka? Two weeks in Thailand? A glorious weekend in Goa? How lovely it would be to jet away for a blissful Yoga & Wellbeing Retreat! Sadly, time, funds and commitments can limit our plans. Our ‘BLISS’ A Day to Retreat offers you the benefits of a retreat without the packing, long flight or expense.  Following the success of our January retreat, we invite you to ‘BLISS’ on Saturday 9 March 10am- 3pm in the peaceful surroundings of Yew Tree Wellness, Alderley Edge.
