A week in Sri Lanka? Two weeks in Thailand? A glorious weekend in Goa? How lovely it would be to jet away for a blissful Yoga & Wellbeing Retreat! Sadly, time, funds and commitments can limit our plans. Our ‘BLISS’ A Day to Retreat offers you the benefits of a retreat without the packing, long flight or expense. Following the success of our January retreat, we invite you to ‘BLISS’ on Saturday 9 March 10am- 3pm in the peaceful surroundings of Yew Tree Wellness, Alderley Edge. The theme for the day is SELF CARE and will offer a combination of yoga, meditation, relaxation, nurturing, food and practical techniques for coping with life’s challenges.
