‘BLISS’ A Day to Retreat

My lovely friend Lisa (www.lj-natural.com) and I (www.theyogacloud.co.uk) are delighted to join together to offer a day of bliss filled retreat. The day is designed to help women who need the world to stop for a moment, with an emphasis on calming feelings of stress and anxiety. During the day you will enjoy yoga, meditation, relaxation, nurturing and learn  practical techniques for coping with life’s challenges. You will be sniffing some essential oils that relieve stress and make your own natural anxiety-relieving perfume.

We cannot wait for this – life can get pretty hectic and sometimes, you really do need to put yourself first……particularly before the Christmas countdown really begins!
