Our ‘BLISS’ A Day to Retreat offers you the benefits of a retreat without the packing, long flight or expense.  Following the success of our January retreat, we invite you to ‘BLISS’ on Saturday 9 March 10am- 3pm in the peaceful surroundings of Yew Tree Wellness, Alderley Edge. The theme for the day is SELF CARE and will offer a combination of yoga, meditation, relaxation, nurturing, food and practical techniques for coping with life’s challenges.
