The Yoga Cloud can only offer a full refund if the selected course is fully booked on receipt of payment. The Yoga Cloud cannot offer refunds or transfer classes to another term for students who are unable to complete their course or were unable to attend the classes due to illness, work, family or other reasons. However please read the missed class details below on what can be done within that term!
Payment for classes is for the term booked and isn’t exchangeable or transferable to other terms. Any missed classes can be made up within the term by attending one of the other classes on offer (perhaps at another location).
The Yoga Cloud will make every effort to ensure that your scheduled teacher is at every class, but due to prior commitments it may be necessary to substitute another teacher for some classes.
Entering classes late is disturbing to others. If you do arrive a few minutes late, please make sure that you don’t enter if the class is chanting or in the first relaxation and then please enter as slowly and quietly as you can or wait until this part of the class is complete. Many thanks.
It is recommended that you do not eat at least three hours before practice. If a special condition prevents this, eat easily digested foods, i.e. fruit or yogurt, one hour before class.
Please help preserve the peace for yourself and others by turning off your mobile phone before entering the class. This is your time to focus on YOU!
