The Teenage Years are an exciting time of transition but many young people increasingly find themselves struggling with anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. A regular Yoga Practice from a young age can offer young adults the tools for to deal more confidently with the challenges they face and improve their image of themselves. All Teens are very welcome in Practice!
As an experienced Secondary School Teacher and qualified Teen Yoga Teacher, Helen is more than qualified to support teenagers in this Practice to be of huge importance in the lives of our young people.
