The Teenage Years are an exciting time of transition but many young people increasingly find themselves struggling with anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. They may feel overwhelmed, isolated or simply a little disorientated as they navigate the transition from child to adulthood. Yoga can offer some approaches to support and empower them to become the best version of themselves they can be!
A regular Yoga Practice from a young age can offer young adults the tools for to deal more confidently with the challenges they face and improve their image of themselves. As an experienced Secondary School Teacher and Yoga Teacher, Helen is more than qualified to support teenagers in this Practice to be of huge importance in the lives of our young people.
This workshop offers an introduction to Yoga & Mindfulness with all Teens (Age 11-18) being most welcome!
